Es importante tener en cuenta que cada pieza está hecha a mano y habrá alguna variabilidad de producto a producto.
El plazo para realizar los cambios será de hasta 15 dias desde la fecha de entrega de la mercarderia.
El cliente es responsable de todos los costos de envío asociados. La pieza debe devolverse en las mismas condiciones o no se emitirá un reembolso. Los reembolsos se emitirán dentro de los 10 días posteriores a la recepción del producto.
